Mighty Earth RRR23 alleged that 61 hectares of forest were cleared in Makmur Agro Lestari (MAL) concession from 30 August – 04 December 2019. We reached out to Incasi Raya after the allegations made in RRR23 were raised. |
| Incasi Raya confirmed to us that MAL is not located at Central Kalimantan as stated in the report.
Given the inaccurate location reported for PT MAL, we consider the Mighty Earth Report 23 is resolved. |
