Smallholder livelihoods are at the heart of Musim Mas’ sustainability efforts. Some highlights include Musim Mas’ collaboration with downstream companies that use palm oil such as Unilever, Pepsico and Nestlé to help smallholders gain international market access and access a deal worth USD 430,000 in 2021, to a 10-year study into improving smallholder livelihoods and sustainability through a study on regenerative agriculture with leading experts Livelihoods Funs and SNV among others.
